Refund, Return & Exchange Policy

Refunds & Returns

Customers are eligible for a full refund or return only in the following cases:

  • The item received is defective

  • The item received is different from the description (wrong color, model, or specifications)

To request a refund or return, please email clear photos of the item to support@om.eglow.me within 2 days of receiving your order.

Once approved, the refund will be processed within 2–5 working days. Customers may choose between:

  • Refund to original payment method/store balance

  • Store voucher for future purchases

Exchanges

Exchanges are accepted within 15 days of receiving your order, provided the item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition.

Customers are responsible for the two-way delivery fees for exchanges.

To request an exchange, please email photos of the item to support@om.eglow.me.

Once approved, you will receive a store voucher to place your replacement order.
